Technoscape is an international conference held by VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology). YNU collaborated as a co-sponsor and many faculty members joined conference committee.
The 5th International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Water and Wastewater Treatment was held at VIT on December 14-16, 2023. Participants from all over the world gathered, including 15 participants from Japan, including 3 faculty members (Professor Arakawa, Professor Yoshitake, and Associate Professor Nakamura) and 8 students from YNU.The conference featured lectures by globally distinguished researchers representing various fields, presentations on the current status of technological development and dissemination from the Indian industrial sector, and academic exchanges through panel discussions. Additionally, opportunities were provided for experiencing Indian culture and fostering interactions among researchers.
1st Trans-Asia IWA Young Water Professionals Conference on Smart Technologies for Water and Wastewater Treatment. Technoscape2020 expanded as 1st Trans-Asia IWA Young Water Professionals Conference for networking global younger researchers.（This conference was postponed because of COVID-19 pandemic.）
“International Conference on Sustainable Water Resources – Innovations and Impacts” Technoscape18 was hold on 6th-8th Sept.2018 at Vellore campus of VIT. Participants from YNU discussed about critical issues in global environment with researchers from worldwide in panel discussion.
“Separation Technologies in Chemical, Biochemical, Petroleum and Environmental Engineering” was hold on 20th-21st Oct.2016 at Vellore campus of VIT. A faculty member joined as a conference committee member and Keynote Speaker.
