FTTP program is the foreign visit program for the top 100 scorer students in Anna University and Government Engineering Colleges of Tamil Nadu sponsored by Tamil Nadu government. YNU accepted 24 students in 2017 and 25 students in 2018 for 3 weeks by this program. YNU offered research lectures, special lectures, students exchange poster session, open laboratory session, and industrial and cultural excursions.
YNU accepted 25 FTTP students with Dr.N.Narmadhai(Government Engineering College), Dr.V.Sivakumar(Anna University) on 17th June – 3rd July 2018 and offered 11 research lectures, special lectures(Dr. Suda Aruna Rohra), students exchange poster session, open laboratory session, and industrial excursions(Corrs Tek, KAO Odawara plant, Research Institute of Salt and Sea Water Science, JAMSTEC) and cultural excursions(Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone).
YNU accepted 24 FTTP students with Dr.Padma Valsalal, Dr.M.Arivanandhan(Anna University) on 17th June – 3rd July 2017 and offered 15 research lectures, special lectures(Prof.Stefan Walf, Dr. Suda Aruna Rohra), students exchange poster session, open laboratory session, and industrial excursions(Nissin Oillio, JAMSTEC, Chiyoda corp., Nishiya Water production plant, Hokubu sludge treatment center) and cultural excursions(Tokyo, Kawasaki, Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone).
